By visiting, using or becoming a member of the Site, the Member accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and fully complies with these terms and conditions of use. Furthermore, the Member undertakes to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations and other legislation regarding the Site.

Conditions Subject to Change

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these conditions on the Site at any time. The changes to be made shall be effective from the moment they are announced on the Site. The Member shall be deemed to have accepted the changed conditions if he/she continues to use the Site following the changes made by the Seller in these conditions.

Membership of the Member Violating the Terms and Conditions may be Cancelled
The Member agrees that if he/she violates these Terms and Conditions of Use, the Seller has the right to cancel his/her membership and/or terminate his/her use of the Site, and that he/she may be prevented from using the Site in the future and legal action may be initiated against him/her. The Seller may cancel the account of the Member who violates the conditions without giving any reason. In this case, all rights obtained by the Member through the Site shall be cancelled and the Member agrees that he/she cannot claim any compensation or refund from the Seller regarding the cancellation of these rights.

Use of Member Information

The Seller may use the Member's identity and personal information to ensure Member security, to fulfil legal obligations and to conduct statistical analyses. The Member agrees that he/she authorises the use of this information by the Seller for the purposes specified.

Account Security

The Member is fully responsible for the security of the username, password and other security tools used to access the Site. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of these tools or access by third parties.

Copying and Dissemination of Content

The Member agrees and undertakes that he/she may visit the Site only for personal use, browse the pages and copy the contents only for his/her personal use. The Member agrees not to copy, upload, modify, disseminate or otherwise distribute the contents on the Site without the express and written permission of the Seller. Furthermore, the Member undertakes to respect the protection of copyrights and other rights in relation to the content of the Site and not to engage in any illegal use.

Use of Links, Content and Automated Tools

The Member agrees that he/she will not make deep linking to the Site and will not redirect the content of the Site to another platform without authorisation. The content and software of the Site belongs to the Seller and is protected by copyright. Copyright warnings and promotional articles on the Site should not be removed. The Member agrees not to use robots, spiders or similar automatic tools to monitor or copy the Site and not to interfere with the operation of the Site without the express written permission of the Seller.

No Excessive Load

The Member agrees that he/she will not carry out transactions that overload the infrastructure of the Seller. Such actions may hinder or damage the functioning of the Vendor.

Legal Use of Content

The Member agrees that the contents uploaded to the Site must not harm copyrights or the private rights of third parties (for example, the right to privacy) and that he/she must ensure that such contents are uploaded legally. In addition, in the event that copyright infringement is detected on the Site, the Seller may cancel the access of the Member who committed the infringement.

Prevention of Illegal Use

The Seller shall take necessary legal measures against unauthorised or illegal use of the Site. In case of unauthorised framing of the Site, linking or retrieval of content by robots, legal proceedings may be initiated.

Legal Notice and Cancellation Cases

In the event that a Member uses the Site for illegal purposes, the Member's access may be cancelled upon infringement notified by the relevant copyright owner. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Site access of the Member whose infringement is detected in advance.
The Member accepts responsibility for any damages, losses, or claims by third parties arising from the use of the Site, including the use of the Site to connect to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site, and undertakes to indemnify such damages, directly or indirectly, to third parties, affiliated companies, officers, agents, representatives, employees or partners.

The Seller does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption or error or that certain results will be obtained by accessing the Site. The Site and its contents are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. Furthermore, the Seller does not warrant that files uploaded from the Site are free of viruses or corrupting content. In case of any dispute arising in relation to the Member's use of the Site, Turkish Law shall apply. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorised to settle any dispute arising or that may arise from these Terms and Conditions of Use and shall be finally resolved by the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees depending on the monetary limit.

II. Conditions of Sale and Return

In order for the user who wants to become a member to gain Membership status, the user must approve the User Agreement on the website and / or Sales Platform, fill in the requested information with correct and up-to-date information, and the Membership application must be evaluated and approved by the Seller. Upon the completion of the approval process by the Seller, the Membership status starts and thus, the Member acquires the rights and obligations specified in the relevant parts of the User Agreement and the website and/or the Sales Platform. The Member has the right to terminate the Membership status at any time by pressing the ‘Membership Cancellation’ button on the User Panel Page.

The username and password information required by the Member to access the User Panel Page and to perform transactions through the website and/or the Sales Platform is created by the Member, and the confidentiality and security of such information is the sole responsibility of the Member. The Member declares, accepts and undertakes that the transactions carried out with the user name and password belonging to him/her are carried out by him/her, that the responsibility arising from these transactions belongs to him/her, that he/she cannot assert any defence and/or objection that he/she did not carry out the transactions carried out in this way and/or cannot avoid fulfilling his/her obligations based on this defence or objection.
The Member does not have the right and authority to cancel, give up, or transfer the ticket to another third party with or without charge for any reason after purchasing the ticket through the website and/or the Sales Platform. The Seller has no obligation or commitment, material or moral responsibility towards the Member or third parties to refund the money or to replace it with another event.
